Evine live is now shophq. It changed last year sometime. I can’t believe all the bad reviews. It is my favorite of the three online shopping channels though I mainly shop online. They overcharge for S&H, this is true. But, now with their VIP program, you can shop all you want for around $17 a month and get all S&H and return shipping charges refunded. Plus 5%cash back on the merchandise cost. Plus, lots of other stores are included such as Amazon, Costco, Lands End and more. I shop mainly for clothes and a bit of jewelry and home stuff. I have had a couple issues, but for the most part, their customer service has been very good. Products like EVERYWHERE... the good, the bad, and the ugly. No problem on returns within stated timeframe using their enclosed easy returns. They definitely have boutique and unusual items. I love their fashion host women! So down to earth, especially Erin. She is so real, but then I am a Wisconsin gal too.

I understand that you have the authority to send accounts to collections but they sent it like 2 or 3 months after not receiving payments but QVC doesn't do that. QVC waits for you to back the balance. Avoid this company they do hard pulls on your credit.

A concentrated fresh lemon scent that cleans as advertised. Once out I will definitely restock with extreme clean all purpose cleaner that come with cleaning materials..

they charged me a second time for an item i returned.
they charged me with an unauthorized recurring charge on my bank card which you need special authorization to make, and which i did NOT give them for either the charge or the multi-month payments of $16.
i discovered the debits after about 9 months and reported them to my bank, but because it had been more than 60 days, only $60 of the $135 could be returned to me.
i am alleging criminal activity and i will be filing a police report on it. i had to cancel my debit card. i waited over an hour on the phone and made multiple calls to their customer service, with no one ever picking up.
this is not a typical dispute, or return issue, this is unauthorized charging of my credit card account, in my opinion done in multi payments so it would not be noticed, which it was not. i personally see this as criminal activity and will be making a report with police and the FTC over this. if shophq wants to get in touch with me to remove the remaining unauthorized charges of approx $75, i will not proceed with law enforcement or further legal complaints.

TETURNED ALL ITEMS. CANCELLED ONE ORDER. 6 WEEKS AGO DTILL GETTING CHARGED VALUE PAYS...HAD TO PAY TO SHIP BACK ONE ITEM...CALL EVERYDAY 55 TO HOUR AND A HALF NEVER DPEAK TO ANYONE...TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...GOT MY BANK INVOLVED!!!
